Material: The injection pipe is made from PVDF (polyvinylidene difluoride), a fluorinated and semicrystalline techno polymer. PVDF contains 59% fluorine by weight and is obtained through the polymerization of vinylidene fluoride. It boasts exceptional mechanical, physical, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for industrial applications.

Applications: PVDF is widely used in various industries, including chemical, oil, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, and electronics. Its excellent chemical resistance makes it suitable for conveying highly aggressive chemicals. PVDF is inert to most inorganic acids and bases, organic acids, hydrocarbons, alcohols, and halogenated solvents. However, it is not recommended for use with fluorine, amines, ketones, or oleum (sulfuric acid with sulfur trioxide)

Production: The entire FIP PVDF line (including pipes, fittings, and valves) is made using Solef® PVDF resins classified according to ASTM D 3222 and complying with ISO 10931 requirements. These materials offer high purity and exceptional performance, serving as an alternative to metal materials in industrial systems
