The panel has an integral day/night mode facility. IRIS PRO supports two communication protocols: Teletek Electronics (IRIS TTE loop) and the System Sensor series (IRIS SS loop) depending on the type of devices used. In the IRIS PRO panel configuration, TTE and SS Loops can be implemented at the same time. Up to 64 IRIS PRO panels can be connected on an Ethernet network or a redundant RS485 network. The control panel is placed in a metal box with a simple and clear design. Access to the control panel PCB is protected by a key. The metal box is suitable for building modular structures with IRIS PS72 and IRIS Printer as all cable connections to the IRIS PRO panel remain hidden and secure. Direct programming with ProsTE software is available.

Is an analogue addressable fire alarm loop extension. It extends the capacity of IRIS8 panel with 4 more loop controllers. IRIS8 Ext. supports two communication protocols: System Sensor series 200/500 (Loop SS) and Teletek Electronics (Loop TTE) according the type of used devices. In the configuration of the IRIS8 panel can be implemented both Loops SS and TTE at the same time. To avoid or significantly diminish problems when mounting the system it must be carefully planned prior to installation. This includes: establishing an address for every device and planning a name of maximum 40 digits (including the spaces) for each address, thereby ensuring easy access to the device. According to
the acting standards for establishing fire systems and the plan of the building, the devices must be grouped in zones.
